Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your order is 100% satisfactory. However, if something goes wrong or you wish to return the product, you can!

If you want to return your order, please inform us within 14 days via the contact form. Indicate your preference in the contact form: a new product or your money back. If a new product is not available, we will refund your money. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days. Ensure a label is clearly visible on the package you wish to return. The package can be dropped off at a local branch that handles packages, such as DHL. Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels attached and without any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

NOTE:

  • If the product is delivered and you refuse to accept it, we will not issue a refund as our return policy will not be met. If you do not want the package, accept it and then notify us that you want to return it to initiate our return process.

  • Returns are at your own expense.

  • If the product is defective, we will refund the shipping costs.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.

  • A return must first be registered using our contact form so we can provide additional return instructions and know to expect a shipment.

We also recommend that you always send returns with a tracked shipment as the sender is responsible for the shipment.
